However - while I own Pocomail, Becky, and a few others, The Bat! is still, in practical terms, *easily* on the top of the heap for overall *stable* (and powerful) email reading, writing, and management. Becky, in my opinion, is second in line (stability/message editor still better than Pocomail). I still test betas of Pocomail, and I think Slaven works hard, and has some *really great* ideas. No doubt Pocomail will continue to get better. The last truly "stable" version of Pocomail is still v2.11. My current Pocomail beta - 2.5.1.999 (haven't checked for a new one in a week or two) is still quite buggy. The *plain text* portion of the message editor, while greatly improved over the past year, is still one of Pocomail's weakest bits. I agree also with the idea of combining the best features and concepts of a few different clients. The three I would really like to see combined would be The Bat!, Becky, and Pocomail. Until that day comes, TB! will remain my "default" email client - and happily so!
