Hello List, I added %QINCLUDE in the reply tab of an entry in my adressbook and ticked the "Use a specific template for replies" checkbox. I notice that the template called up by my %QINCLUDE only does so if the sender's name is _exactly_ the same as the name in my addressbook.
This is disappointing.
