You want TB! to just look for an e-mail address but you have several matching AB entries. What would you expect? So you have more than one AB entry for one e-mail address. You can assign as many groups to one AB entry as you want. Why not make these persons a members of both groups English _and_ Greek? But wait... different display names... hmm. Quick templates?
