So if you for example create a quick template containing only '%ATTCHMENTS', write your mail, attache some files and call the quick template it will output the filenames found to be attached just at the same position the cursor is in mail body. If you decide to attach some more files this list will not be updated. Imagine this as a 'one time' routine, it runs, collects informations, puts them out and is forgotten. Even the position the macro was is forgotten, so you'll have to initiate another run manually every time condition changes .... means: every time you change attachments, either deleting or adding.
