I've used Winroute for a while but it had problems with my local mail
server. So now I have Microsoft Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
enabled on my server. The only thing you have to do is enable DHCP on
the clients e.g. let the clients obtain a IP address automatically.

It works flawless with TB! and all other programs I use. You can even
do port mapping.
