All, I have a friend to whom I recently recommended The Bat!. He installed the trial version and claimed he was "unable to retrieve his MAPI folders". Since I use POP3, I am not familiar with this operation.
We have a captive audience with this gent, plus he runs a local ISP. Hence, I would love to lure him away from Outlook. Can anyone help me out here?
