I don't know if this problem involves TB! or not, but it happens when
my Palm tries to sync with my TB! mail. In any event, perhaps someone
here can help....
I have had no problems syncing my Palm and including my mail. I last
synced earlier today, and the only change I know about in my system
was copying a new .dll from TB! I don't think that's it, because I
replaced the old one and the following problem still occurs:
When I sync my Palm and it opens up TB!, which is the first thing it
does, I receive the following error message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
Program: C:\PALM\HOTSYNC.EXE
abnormal program termination
Does anyone here know what could be causing that problem, or what I
can do to fix it? Not being familiar with the C++ Runtime Library,
I'm not even sure whether a re-installation of Palm and HotSync, or a
restoration from a backup, would do the trick. All help would be
appreciated.
