Depending on the volume of mail you receive and your allotted space on
the server, you could also configure TB! to leave your messages on the
server for a day or two .or. until deleted from trash. That way, if
there is a crash, your older messages will be in your backups and your
newer messages will still be there, off site, waiting for you to
re-download.
