It's a licence 'per User simultaneously using', or in other words: you can
install The Bat! using your licence on 10 PC's simultaneously, but it's
only you that is allowed to use it _AND_ you're only allowed to use it
(having it running) on _one_ of these computers at the same time.

with a dual boot system there is, following this licence description, no
problem: the software can only be run once at a time as never both OS can
be booted at same time on same computer (excluding something like VMWare!).
