The 'secure' way is to rename all file called 'ACCOUNT.QTN' except one, start TB!, write down QT-names. Stop TB!, rename the last 'ACCOUNT.QTN', name an other back to 'ACCOUNT.QTN', start TB!, write down QT-names ... and so on. Know you should know which QT's have identical names. So you can enable _one_ (a last time, I promise *G*), start TB! again, rename affected QTs, stop TB! and rename all 'ACCOUNT.QTN' back. The error message should be gone next time you start TB!.
