Yes, you can do the copying.

In TB! open the sorting office filter dialog. Open NotePad, your
favourite editor or hit F6 to bring up SmartBat.

For each of the filter sets, select a filter rule and hit CTRL-C or
copy via the right click context menu. Switch to the editor and hit
CTRL-V or paste via the right click context menu. Repeat the process
for each filter rule. You go quickly if you use the keyboard.

In the editor, select all that you've pasted and copy it to the
clipboard.

Now open the target accounts filters panel. Open the same filter rules
set, right click in the filter rules list and hit paste. That's it.
