Ron, I always try to go back to a working situation and take it from there. In one of your first mails you worte that you could not get it to work in anyway. You should first go back to the a situation that works. SO try a template with just the %text macro and see if it will print anything. If you have that working try copying the regex examples here make sure you have the line breaks were they should be.
