Hello Listers,

A lot of years ago, I used some kind of M$ program to manage my
e-mail. (I do not remember if it was Outlook, O. Express, Internet
  Mail or Exchange)

My mails were stored in .pst and .pab files.

Now, I need some messages from this .pst/.pab files. I thought this
can be easily done by using Mailbox Import Wizard, but it claims it
cannot find some kind of Outlook Dll.

Some time ago, I followed steps in
     http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q263837
to completely remove OE out of my system.

  Can I import .pst/.pab files w/o reinstalling O/OE?

  TIA
