Use the "Tools | OpenPGP | Choose OpenPGP version" to select GnuPG as
your OpenPGP of choice. If it is disabled in the list, close TB and
put the path to GPG.EXE in your environment PATH setting.

Use ... whatever means are necessary (I use GPGShell) to configure
your GnuPG preferences (TB doesn't have an interface to do this).

Then ... well, just use it... <shrug>
