MDP> Replace the bullet with a space, reformat the paragraph, replace the

Or select the paragraph, everything but the very first line, and use
<Alt>+L (or the menu item if you like it more).
This way assumes the first line of the paragraph is already wrapped at
the correct column, the selected text will be re-wrapped keeping the
space indentation.
