Unfortunately, it also lists the "favorites" before listing the categories. In my case, that is a substantial number of entries. For example, setup 2 or more folders under "Personal Addresses". In order to see the members of that folder, the "favorites" must be checked. But, when "right clicking" in the "To:" field, the favorites from all the folders are listed *before* the folders themselves. The solution mentions earlier about clicking on the address book icon will satisfy my me.
