Anthony, and anyone else interested,

To remove the WAB, go to Start, Settings, Control Panel,
Add/Remove Programs, Windows Setup, Uncheck Windows Address Book
{click apply}. Make sure you export your Address Book contents
before you do this! The Bat! will gladly import the address book
entries, and your correspondents will thank you for NOT sending
them any virus files! ;-)

For Outlook, if running the version installed with your Windows
installation, same procedure as above & uncheck Outlook Express.
If you have upgraded your IE installation ((YUCK! Go Netscape!))
then you must use the Add/Remove Programs box and scroll down to
find the newer Outlook (Express) version in the list and
uninstall. You won't miss it, as you already have the best e-mail
client - The Bat!

For Outlook installed from MS Office, use the install CD and
Uninstall the Outlook component (and WAB too, if it has been
installed from the Office Install CD, the default condition).
