My solution would be to use Selective Download filters. You define a
filter (using the Alternative tab) containing the addresses you want
to download messages for. Don't forget to leave messages on server for
2 days (or more).

With this you'll get all wanted messages in one step, but you'll leave
all others on the server.

You can now check the headers of the messages on the server with the
Mail Dispatcher. You could also use the Mail dispatcher right from the
beginning.

This is just to give you an idea, the details have to be worked out,
yet.
