Hi all, I have about 17 accounts defined - all work just fine with the exception of one. My wife's account keeps dropping messages from somewhere in early April 2002 to the present. Has done this three times now. This morning this happened again. She opened The Bat, went to her inbox and received message the that message base needed to be repaired - clicked yes to repair now - and suddenly she has no messages since April 4, 2002. I would guess approximately 120 messages just vanished. Backup and restore of The Bat just doesn't seem to work with her mailboxes. Have tested with other accounts and it works fine with them. But restore of a perfectly successful backup to her mailbox just does not work. This is the third time all recent messages have vanished. Any ideas?
Browse deleted messages also shows nothing in this time frame. Deleted index and reopen messages in the Inbox - still nothing appears.
