1) The Inbox is a high traffic folder. Messages are moving through it
all the time. It is not good practice to use Inbox as a long-term
   message store.

2) The Inbox should be emptied and compressed once in a while.

3) If *ever* a folder shows a "corrupt" message there is a sequence I
   *always* go through:

    a) Move all of the surviving messages to another folder.
    b) Empty the folder
    c) Exit TB.
    d) Use Windows Explorer to locate the folder and delete the
       messages.tbb and messages.tbi
    e) Open TB
    f) Click on the empty problem folder (to recreate the folder files
       and index
    g) Move the messages back in.

This sequence will "flush" any inherent problems in the tbb file,
which has clearly hit a problem somewhere.
