I keep finding incredibly powerful features that I didn't know were even there. Earlier today there was a report that the message pane goes blank in XP. I replied saying that I'd seen the problem, but that it apparently had gone away once I turned off the HTML view. Now, several hundred messages later, I can tell you that I haven't seen the problem with HTML view turned off.
