The message pops up every time that BlackIce starts as a warning,
rather than a response to particular changes. I think that the
programmers forgot to build in a way of turning it off!

This does not seem possible, as least at the moment, and I am not sure
whether it is desirable. With the current settings, I know that no
changes can be made to the firewall rules unless I deliberately log on
as administrator and change things.

I hope that BlackIce will address the message popup in the next
version - it was a recent introduction.
