Hi Bat Users, I have had a small filtering problem for a while now.
I have one filter that checks for key words in the subject line and when they exist Flag the mail using action|flag msg|Set flagged attribute. It leaves the mail in the Inbox for further processing. This works fine. All mails that need flagging are flagged. After that filter I have few other filters that check for presence of other words in the text. When they are present a copy of the msg is sent to a subfolder. This also works fine except that one of the conditions under the Advanced tab I checked is "Message is not Flagged" and you as you will have guessed by now I get both Flagged and not Flagged masg's. At least this proves one thing. The msg's are flagged when they are being checked by the second filter. I have been experimenting with this option but it looks like it is just not working. Does any body have a suggestion? -- Best regards, Gerard -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- First the engagement ring, then the wedding ring, then the suffering..
