Hi Jan,
 That's not the case. Here is a schematic:

 --> Filter 1 : Check Flag words in subject | leave in Inbox | continue
                processing
 --> Filter 2 : Check for words in text | Copy to folder | message is
                not flagged | continue processing

 What I tried to explain is that the flagging filter works because I end
 up copying flagged msg with filter 2 although I have selected the
 advance tab "message is not flagged"
