If you have then I think it wasn't TB leaking! It only leaks on Win2k
and XP - CMIIW.

Then it was one of them that leaked. TB only leaks while you are
*using* it. More specifically it leaks in drips every time you view a
message in the RTV. The simple cure for those afflicted (that includes
me) is to switch to PTV until the fix comes in.

That is immaterial. The number of resources available on Win9x is
finite and not a function of the total available memory. On Win2k/XP
it is more related to RAM.

By acquiring one and installing it over your current version. You
shouldn't need to though. Just switch to PTV. If there's still a leak
then it's not TB.
