Hi Everyone, I apologize for this elementary question but I can't find the answer in the FAQs.
I upgraded to Norton 2002 and now I cannot get my incoming mail on the bat and I don't think I have the programmed properly configured to scan my email and attachments. I was able to do this with 2001 by manually configuring the program. I do not know exactly how to use the "plug-in" Thanks in advance, Sandy P.S.
