Set TB as your default mail client when you next open it... when you next open
Outlook, it'll ask if you want to set it as the default client, remove the tick
from "Always check at startup" and click No.  You should also be able to do it
via your internet properties, go to Control Panel, Internet Options,
Applications, and change the mail client to TB!.  I cannot remember the exact
location, not using windows here ;)
