Hi folks, I'm new to this list and I suppose my question is one that has been asked before. I've been using The Bat for a couple years now and I haven't figured out how to use filters properly.
I use filters to move Incoming Mail into other directories, mostly into the Trash in the case of pesky spam. But sometimes the filter seems to fail and the email that should be shuttled into another directory is put in the Inbox instead even though the filter has worked on occassion. Is this common? Have I failed to configure something correctly? Any help would be appreciated. Thank-you in advance.
