If a filter fails there are four possibilities.
1) You thought to enhance it and the enhancement was worse.
2) You created a new filter that intercepts the mail before the old
filter does.
3) The contents of the mail were slightly altered, so that the mail
doesn't match the filter anymore.
4) You've got a filter that triggers on the address book and you've
changed the address book.

When I started this mail, I thought to summarize two options, so it's
likely that there are more possibilities. ;-)

The best way to let us find the reason why a filter doesn't work, is
to post the filter and the mail you wanted to trigger it.
