Go and view this message (and others form this address) in source
viewer.
Select the whole message, or at least the headers plus the two lines
you're missing.

Between headers and the first text line there's a gap. When it is
selected there must be _one_ rectangle shown black ... might it be
there are two or more?

>From what I've seen I'd assume the sender has no correct header/body
divider line in it's mails, to be precisely: no 'empty' line there as
RFC states it.

For an exact analysis you'd have to _MIME_ forward one of those
messages and as attachments are not allowed on this list I'd suggest
privately.
