I copy and paste it to a blank document in Word. There are 2 blank
lines between the full header and the first paragraph -- just 2
paragraph marks.
Just in case it makes a difference, the last 2 lines in the header are:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
