Now at the bottom, click on Action. Pick Mailboxes-> And pick Reset Mask. Now it seems to accept all mailboxes it can find. So you can tick them off their checkboxes however you like. I just figured this all out by trial and error, as I found no documentation, and folks didn't seem to know about it. I have no idea what Add mask does. Hope this helps.
