Well, when I initially started TB, it seems to have detected to
top-level mailboxes presented by the IMAP server, but none of the
subfolder ones.  And in the folders that *were* loaded, not all of the
messages are being shown, which is a real drag.  heh
I've added mailboxes in subfolders by going into the Message Dispatcher,
selecting the mailbox from the dropdown, doing Global -> ToggleFlag ->
Receive, and then  Execute.  That forces the folder to be created and
loaded.  The problem is that I have hundreds of these.
I found the Add Mask..  but all the folders are already showing up in
this view, just not in the main interface.
   Further ideas?
