TB already has a switch in the Account properties "Templates | Reply" tab to turn off the "FROM name with Reply-To addresses". Users of TB and TBUDL have a much better option. That which I have used here. It allows replies to an individual on a list without any confusion about whose address is whose. This has been thrashed out *dozens* of times and this is by *far* the best solution. The Bat! gives you the flexibility to redefine the structure of the To line as you wish in your reply template. You may do as you please, as can the other users. > 2. Add option to use single folder for all email account. I don't understand what you mean. I have at least 200 folders in my main account and 235k messages. Why would I want to keep them in a single folder? > 3. Add NAV and McAfee virus checking plugin That's down to Norton and McAfee, not RITlabs. Anyway, this is really not the place to make such a suggestion since this is the publicly run User Discussion List and not a direct route to the developers. > 4. Add more help/explanation about PGP, now I think not enough. Support for this is available from pgp-basics on YahooGroups. There is a lot of information there on the subject of TB and PGP. > 5. The programmers have told us often before that the current software structure can't support definable toolbars. > 6. Others TB currently does this per-account. I'm not clear how that would fit in with the current architecture. If you get involved with the V2 betas early enough, you may be able to influence the adoption of some kind of feature like this in that version. > Another suggestion: > Please add [TheBat] or [TUBDL] title in the subject of the mailing list > message, so we can easily manage the message. No. Never. Period. I campaign for its removal wherever possible since there are much better ways of managing (Reply-To) when you're a TB user and such additions only ever unnecessarily inflate subject texts. > And please if possible release the Beta version of the Portable Bat > ASAP. Wrong list. Please subscribe to TBBETA for such discussions. I repeat this is the UDL not RITlabs or TBBETA - -- Cheers -- .\\arck D.
