Works perfectly well with The Bat! address book when using internal S/MIME (which I can only recommend as a few days ago it was discovered MY-CryptoAPI S/MIME has some flaws that makes it unusable IMHO). You'll need to put the text between and including -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- ... -----END CERTIFICATE----- from your cert file (usually *.pem) into a text file. THIS is the public key. 'BEGIN' and 'END' lines _are important_. Name the file whatever you like, if you don't mind make it's extension .pem too. Now you should be able to import this file as certificate w/o any problems into TB!-AB. -- Regards Peter Palmreuther mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (The Bat! v1.60q on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2) Machines take me by surprise with great frequency. - Alan Turing ________________________________________________________ Current Ver: 1.60q FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/
