I, for one, do not like everybody I send multiple-copy mail to to also see the e-mail addresses of everyone else in the mailing, as a matter of courtesy. I wish more people would honor that. *That* is an important part of "personalizing touches" you have overlooked and the suggestions will help that issue as well. -- My Best!
