I think to wait for a virus to come in from a particular
Envelope-From, and to assume that your ISP has implemented a filter if
it doesn't, is a vague test to say the least. ;-)

Send a message to yourself, with a trigger string like "this should
trigger it" in the subject line, and create a Selective Download
filter that looks for this string in kludges. Set the filter to manual
first, look in the Mail Despatcher whether the message is in your POP
mailbox, disconnect, unset 'manual' in the filter, and reconnect. Is
the message still there?
