No, the PDFs are the original ones (6.5.1), which didn't include the changes he made then or the features he put in later on. But those will surely be clear to everyone who read the Introduction and plays around about ten minutes with the prog. As I always say, the usability and productivity of PGP since v5.5.x is too good for the uninitiated, who can work with it, without knowing anything about the concept.
