If you feel comfortable with the Registry Editor, go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!
and give us the values of the keys: 'top' and 'left'. They should be
less than your vertical and horizontal resolution.
I had the same problem when using TB under Litestep, the window got
out of the screen area because of Litestep's desktop manager.
