You shouldn't have a problem. When you examine the pages source this
is actually how the link looks:

mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=LAN%20ADMIN.%20(182010)

Note the lack of spaces. :)

So it's just a matter of looking at the link through an HTML
interpreter as opposed to having to properly write the link in plain
text.

If OE is displaying the link in HTML, you'll not see the %20's.
