Someone has a problem. The problem correlates to having used ZA on that computer and exactly matches the profile of old reports to that effect. Your opinion, although valid for you, was outside of 1) the problem 2) the experience and 3) was in danger of devaluing the advice being given by effectively saying "Hey, don't listen to them - I don't have that problem". Those may not have been your words but that was the implication. Hence my saying "devalued".
