that's right, but PGP isn't really NTFS compatible when it is going to
wipe files or free space.
NTFS knows compressed, encrypted and sparse files for example and PGP
won't wipe those properly, i.e. just overwriting an existing file maybe
won't wipe all the data.

PGP isn't mentioned there, but I had a look at the source code to
satisfy my curiosity ;-)
