Are we talking about the memo in address book, belonging to one contact (either group or person)? > How would I structure the %ABnnnPPP? %ABToMemo Really simple ... The possible values for 'nnn' in '%ABnnnPPP' are: "TO", "OFROM", "OREPLY", "OTO", "FROM", "REPLY" - '%ABToPPP' goes for an AB item with e-mail-address like in current 'To:' of that mail you're about to create. So if you reply to this mail it would search for and item with e-mail-address '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' in your AB. - '%ABOFromPPP' can only work if you _reply_ AND the original 'From:' address has an item in your address book. So '%ABOFromMemo' when replying to this mail will fetch the memo associated with an item in your AB carrying my e-mail-address with it. - '%ABOReplyPPP' also works only if you reply (or forward, I think; same for 'OFrom' as 'nnn') and searches for the AB item belonging to 'Reply-To:' address in original mail. So in case you answer to this mail it would search for 'tbudl@...' again, because the list set 'Reply-To:' address to this value. - '%ABOToPPP' has same limitations as above two: not for new mails. Searches for AB item of 'original To: address'. For this mail 'tbudl@...' again. If I'd send this mail directly to you it would search for an item of address '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' - '%ABFromPPP' uses the _current From address_ to lookup in the AB. In general this will be your address. But if you for example have some alias addresses and have separated AB items for them you can use this macro to affect your mail depending on what address you use as sender address, but without being forced on a special contact you're writing to, or a special folder you're in when writing. - '%ABReplyPPP' finally uses the address value in your 'Reply-To' header (of course only if present) to locate the appropriate address book item and evaluate the function given in 'PPP' it.
