You could use TB and BatPost together to achieve your server.
I'm using BatPost right now to send this message, and it's not even
installed on my machine. I've got it installed on a friend's server
300 miles away (I use it to get around a port 25 block --I just set
it for port 26!). :) The biggest problem I've had is simply
figuring out how to keep it up and running. If my friend's server
gets rebooted, I have to manually log on to the system (remotely)
and fire up BP (and then "start" it). I'd dearly love to figure out
how to make it do everything automatically, but haven't found a way
yet.
