1) you got a "-- " sig separator in front of your text - which will mean it
will get stripped from a reply
2) PGP 7.0.3 doesn't work - go to 6.58ckt which I have found is the best
3) Tools -> Open PGP - Choose GPG Version
Then select Open PGP Key Manager
Select your key as default
then sign key
You DON'T NEED TO IMPORT KEY if you are NOT using the inbuilt PGP
implementation
