Seems to me you need to create a filter that sends an auto-reply. That's easy. Here's a step to step guide. Open the sorting office (account -sorting office/filters) Create a new incoming filter Give it an appropriate name Select the condition you want the filter to trigger on Now comes the specific part: Choose the Actions tab Scroll down till you see 'Send auto-reply' Check the box before this option Now you'll see a button colour up at the right click this button and you'll be able to create a template for your auto-replies. Choose the Options tab. Here you can choose whether your auto-replies are sent right away or whether they're place in your outbox waiting for the next scheduled run.
