No. 1.60c is already capable to show signature text in different
color, font and style.

Either you've changed these to be identical to your 'normal' message
font, or you're using plain text viewer instead of rich text viewer,
because only the latter is able to do so.

Don't get me wrong: I don't want to bring you to use RTV, but maybe
you want to have a look at how RTV displays this message:
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]">mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> just for curiosity :-)
