In a file named 'COLORS.INI'.
If 'C:\Program Files\The Bat!' is your installation path and
'C:\Program Files\The Bat!\Mail' is your default location of accounts
the file should be in that folder. If you've set up The Bat! to store
your account data elsewhere ('Options' / 'Preferences' / 'System' /
'Mail directory') the file should be located there.
