Have you had checked 'Leave message base intact' when deleting folders shown as 'Common folders'? If not: it's quite reasonable their disappeared. > the problem is that the empty folders inside the account are duplicated > outside. Only empty folders are duplicated? No other? > Please give me some suggestions on how to have TB not display the folders > outside the account Delete the folder 'outside account' (BTW: "Common folders") and when asked 'OK to delete the folder named as "..."' choose 'Leave message base files intact'. This should delete the folder only in listing, but not 'for real', means wipe it from hard disk. It should nevertheless still appear in the corresponding account. If it disappears from account too again (albeit I don't know any single reason why it should), try pressing <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Shift>+L at once when finished with deleting all 'outside account' folders. This should recover the folders to be shown in accounts. Prerequisite _is_: You choose the 'Leave message base files intact' option!!!!! -- Regards Peter Palmreuther (The Bat! v1.62/Beta1 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2) The Opinions Expressed Are Mine ________________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
