I forgot to mention that the folders that are listed in the common folders list do not display their content. Meaning that they show the name and their subfolders but when you click on it does not show any of the messages they contain. That is good because this is a shared PC and I do not want anyone looking at my emails specially business proposals and such but I do not want them to see the folder list either.
